The Library endeavours to retrieve your exam in a timely manner, but please understand that during busy periods, there may be a delay in the process. Students can expect to view their exam within approx. 1-7 days of their application being received.
If the Library needs to contact the student, it will be by email using the address provided by the student to sa´«Ã½ÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾.
When viewing the exam, students should:
✔ Present original student ID and this application form to Librarian or Library Assistant.
✔ Have no bags, backpacks, purses, etc.
✔ Keep any electronic recording devices in your bag and out of sight. You may have writing materials in your possession if you intend to appeal a grade.
✔ You may take notes about exam content if you intend to appeal a grade. Paper and writing materials will be provided by library staff if requested.
✔ Leave any notes with library staff so Student Rights and Responsibilities can collect and review them in case of an appeal.
✔ Be alone when viewing the exam; Only the person who wrote the exam may view it
✔ Arrive not later than 30 minutes before the Library closes
✔ When appealing the final grade, point out exactly what error in grading was made and where on the exam.
